*ADC INTEGRITY GROUP DEKINA LOCAL GOVERNMENT, KOGI STATE, FELICITATES WITH MUSLIMS AT EID-EL-FITR* The ADC Integrity Group in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State, under the leadership of Alhaji Amidu Isah, has congratulated Muslim faithful on the successful completion of the 30-day Ramadan fast and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr. Alhaji Amidu made this known during a media engagement at his country home in Omedo-Anyigba, Dekina LGA, shortly after the Eid-el-Fitr prayers. He felicitated with all ADC leaders within and beyond the Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency on the successful celebration of Eid-el-Fitr, and charged Muslim faithful to continue to live by the teachings and doctrines learned during the holy month of Ramadan. He also prayed that Allah accepts everyone’s supplications and acts of worship. Alhaji Amidu Isah, a former two-term PDP Chairman of Anyigba Ward and former Chairman of the Dekina Forum of Ward Chairmen, who is currently a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Dekina LGA, called on citizens to embrace the ADC as the best and only viable opposition to the APC-led government at all levels. He noted that with the strong presence of the ADC in Kogi East Senatorial District, the people have a real opportunity to reclaim their mandate, especially as the state approaches a decade of APC administration, which he said has yielded little or no significant projects in Kogi East. Alhaji Amidu, who is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Timber Shade Ventures and Chairman of the ADC Integrity Group in Dekina LGA, commended Dekina/Bassa ADC leaders under the leadership of Hon. Simon Attadoga, as well as all ADC stakeholders in the constituency, for their exemplary leadership and commitment to the growth and propagation of the party. The leadership of the ADC Integrity Group, Dekina LGA, further urged party leaders to uphold fairness and justice as the party prepares for its congresses to elect leadership from the ward to the local government and state levels. He emphasized that the selection of leaders should be based on competence, capacity, and acceptability, noting that such leaders must also have a clear understanding of the political dynamics of Kogi State. Signed: Alhaji Amidu Isah Omedo-Anyigba, Dekina LGA, Kogi State.
